Registration Information

To register your child at Rocking Horse, please fill out the form below. After submitting this form, please mail a check made payable to Rocking Horse Nursery School in the amount of $250.00. This is a non-refundable registration fee. $150.00 of this payment will be applied to your first tuition payment. Children are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. A confirmation will be sent to you.

During the course of the summer you will receive our enrollment packet. Please fill this packet out and return it to us before the start of school.
